Over the past few months, I have been a recipient of online bullying and trolling. Whilst it hasn't been particularly serious nor has it affected me, when I have discussed this issue with other friends, parents and mentors in the motorsport industry, I was shocked at how prevalent bullying is and how many people have been personally affected by it. There is no pattern, no specific targets, just awful treatment and behaviour from people who think that they have the right to bully people and affect how they feel about themselves. I have been made aware of several bullying victims from 6 year old girls through to men in their 40s. There is no limit when it comes to bullying.

I want to help raise awareness about the effects of bullying and more importantly, raise awareness about Bully Zero and the work that they do, so that people know where to turn to when they need help. I will be racing my F4 car at Sydney Motorsport Park for the Shannons Speed Series in October, sporting a special livery to help raise awareness and much needed funds to help victims of bullying. Please help by making a small donation. Thank you, JH. Jayden Hamilton
