Joining Bully Zero in 2020, Janet brings over two decades of leadership experience in the non-profit and corporate sectors. With a background in organisational development and a proven track record of driving impactful change, Janet is deeply committed to creating safer environments for individuals in schools and workplaces. Her extensive expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and advocacy has been pivotal in advancing Bully Zero's mission to prevent and reduce bullying across Australia. Janet’s leadership continues to inspire positive change, making her a key force in shaping a world free from bullying.

Katie Govic leads the Schools Program at Bully Zero, where she is dedicated to creating safer and more inclusive environments for students. With a background in education and a passion for youth empowerment, Katie works closely with schools to develop and implement effective anti-bullying strategies. Her expertise in program delivery, student engagement, and community collaboration plays a key role in the success of Bully Zero’s initiatives. Katie’s commitment to fostering positive change and supporting young people makes her an invaluable asset to the team and a driving force in the organisation’s mission.

Susan is a key member of the Bully Zero team, managing our bullying prevention and wellbeing programs across Australia. As a qualified counsellor, she has a natural ability to connect with people. Her role includes supporting the public on call, building relationships with schools, and engaging with the wider community. Outside of work, Susan is passionate about nature—she loves cooking with fresh organic produce, nature walks, Stillness Yoga, and enjoying life.

Franchesca is an accredited Social Worker, and implements a Trauma-Informed Lens when working alongside her clients. Franchesca has often used art to break stigma surrounding mental health symptoms - and has collaborated and contributed creatively to several organisations across Australia such as The Canberra Gals Network, The Stop Campaign, Women's Centre for Health Matters and more. Franchesca hopes that through human togetherness, we are able to break through difficult seasons, and find even a glimpse of hope towards healing. Franchesca is the curator of Zero In, Real People Real Stories -  our platform dedicated to sharing the lived experience of those who have been bullied. We will be launching this very soon!

Outside of work Franchesca loves Studi Ghibli, the lead up to Christmas, and all things chocolate.
