The Operations Manager is key in ensuring the efficient functioning of Bully Zero’s financial, compliance, risk management, IT, and administrative operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is responsible for maintaining governance, compliance, and financial health while continuously seeking to improve efficiency and internal procedures.Â
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing financial processes, risk management, IT infrastructure, human resources, and operational functions. They will be key in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting strategic objectives.
