Workplace Programs
We work tirelessly to create a world where everyone feels, safe, respected and empowered – and unfortunately bullying in the workplace is increasing, exacerbating the existing mental health crisis in Australia.
Many Australians will experience or witness workplace bullying during their career, which can significantly impact mental health, leading to issues like depression, sick leave, and high staff turnover. Organisations that don’t address bullying risk facing disruptions, absenteeism, reduced productivity, and ultimately financial strain.
Our workplace program is developed with experts – including counsellors, psychologists, neuroscientists and people with lived experience. With a 360-degree feedback loop, we ensure that all program content remains relevant.

Practical, effective and always evolving, our programs are designed to empower employer and employee - including, where relevant, Leadership & Management (HR, department heads, CEO, CFO); Compliance & Safety (Risk Officer & WHS officer); Diversity & Inclusion, employee reps, union reps and so on.
We provide expert advice on how to prevent and respond to bullying and harassment, information about employee rights and obligations, and where to find support.
Investing in a bullying-free workplace isn’t just about compliance - it’s about fostering wellbeing, improving team morale and productivity, and driving success.
