Employees are bystanders in the workplace who do nothing
We are endorsed to deliver programs on behalf of Worksafe Victoria.
The reality is most Australians will personally experience or witness bullying in the workplace at some point in their career. While this may be a reality, the damage caused by workplace bullying and associated costs can be prevented.
With the support of WorkSafe Victoria, BULLY ZERO™ has developed a comprehensive workplace bullying prevention program to minimise negative behaviour and bullying in the workplace.
Our session provides your workers and you with information about your rights and obligations, expert advice on how to prevent and respond to bullying and where to find support.
"This is a fantastic program, we offered the program to staff at PTV who are parents or have regular contact with children, on how to deal with the impacts of bullying. The presentation was a perfect combination of stories to really push the message across of the horrific impacts of bullying and also practical tips and advice for parents on how to manage and watch out for bullying. We had great feedback from staff who learnt a lot from the presentation. Thank you Bully Zero for helping to spread the important messages of bullying."
Madeline Burns, Public Transport Victoria
"LaManna has been an avid supporter of Bully Zero Australia since its conception. Bully Zero conducted several sessions for all employees of LaManna, to demonstrate the detrimental effects that bullying can have on individuals. The presentation provided a true insight on how bullying can impact not only the individual, but those around them and through the use of real life scenarios pushed across the crucial message of a zero tolerance to bullying. The presentation was touching and received an amazing response across the board. The foundation is constantly pushing to put a stop to bullying in the community and LaManna is proud to be a sponsor of such an active and successful foundation."
Samantha Bruno, La Manna Supermarket
"Bully Zero Australia Foundation ran a presentation for key leaders within the Department of Home Affairs in Victoria, including the Australian Border Force. The session provided a real-life insight into the impacts of bullying and harassment and strategies for creating a workplace culture free of such issues. The presentation drove home the importance of a zero tolerance to bullying and harassing behaviour and the consequences if not addressed."
