FUNDRAISING MANAGER (30 hrs/ 4 days per week)

A rare opportunity has become available for a Fundraising Manager to join this unique organisation to drive the development and implementation of a dynamic and integrated fundraising plan.

Reporting to the charity’s new CEO, you will be joining at an exciting period of change and responsible for the development and implementation of a fundraising plan that will increase sustainable income.

With new leadership and a new strategic plan, you will develop a varied income generation strategy implement this working closely with the Bully Zero’s Leadership Team.

You will bring prior experience of having built new fundraising channels that reached and exceeded targets, as well as proven experience in having designed, developed, delivered and evaluated fundraising strategy. In particular, the Fundraising Manager will be responsible for ensuring the development and management of all fundraising activities for Bully Zero including donor management, planned and annual giving, trusts and foundations, direct marketing, community fundraising, corporate partnerships and bequests.

As part of a small team, you will also be able to balance your operational and strategic priorities.

The role will initially be based at our Essendon Fields Head Office.  We will be looking to move our office closer to the CBD from July 2019.
